By using ArtistHouse or submitting materials, you agree to this Policy.

- Artist profile content: biography, links (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, Facebook), and promotional image(s) you supply for your profile.
- Payment information: processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal); we do not store your card details.
- Correspondence: any emails or messages you send us regarding your profile.
- Usage data: technical information about your interaction with ArtistHouse (e.g., pages visited).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Create, publish, and maintain your artist profile on ArtistHouse.
- Communicate with you regarding your profile, including updates, corrections, or removal requests.
- Process payments for our services.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising to third parties.

ArtistHouse may embed content from third-party services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and SoundCloud. When you interact with these embeds, those services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control or store that information.
